The Brown Haired Boy is an unnamed character who first appears in the Season Ten episode, "Miss Teacher Bangs a Boy".
Background
He is seen being interrogated by Cartman who is being the new hall monitor. He hands the hall pass to Cartman, so he releases it, but the boy later begins to question his behavior, resulting in him being kicked away by Cartman.
Appearance
He has combed brown hair and wears a blue dress shirt along with a dark blue vest with brown trim and brown pants with black shoes.
