Kelly Pinkerton-Tinfurter is a female fourth grader. She made her first appearance in the Season Eight episode, "Quest for Ratings".

Background

Kelly makes her first appearance in "Quest for Ratings" as a Middle Park Elementary student. She later appears with a speaking role in "Stupid Spoiled Whore Video Playset", where she was seen participating in the "Stupid Spoiled Whore" fad and denies that she invited Eric Cartman to Bebe's party.

From "Ginger Kids" onwards, she is now mostly seen as a background character at South Park Elementary.

One of her more prominent appearances is in "Board Girls" where Nichole Daniels invites her and Tammy Nelson to play in the board club room. She is shown to be knowledgeable of board games like them and briefly bonds with Stan over their love of BGG.

Appearance

Kelly has blonde hair, put in two pigtails. She wears a pink jacket, purple pants, a yellow scarf with green stripes, and two pink-beaded hair ties. As a "Stupid Spoiled Whore", she wore a pink and black brassiere, a black tube top, a short, purple skirt with white stars and a white line around it, black mascara, cyan eye shadow, two purple-beaded hair ties, and white shoes. In "T.M.I.", Kelly's hair is shown as a darker shade of yellow.

Personality

Due to her relatively short speaking roles, little is known about her personality. In "Stupid Spoiled Whore Video Playset", she was seen at Bebe Stevens' party, rubbing her hand on Tolkien Black in a hot tub with Heidi Turner and later chasing Kyle Broflovski. Since she was participating in the "Stupid Spoiled Whore" fad, we cannot interpret any accurate personality traits from these facts. However, it can be assumed that she was part of the fad to keep her social standing like the other girls.

Kelly has an interest in board games like Nichole and Tammy and is very skilled at it, being able to beat Heather Swanson at a game she challenged her to. She also seems more amicable compared to Nichole and Tammy, as she never looks at Heather with anger, and even when she wins, she simply smiles gently at Heather.

• Civil unrest/rioting: Kelly was one of many students seen rioting in the school hallways over the cancellation of Columbus Day in "Holiday Special".
