Louis Handler
Louis Handler is a student in South Park Elementary, appearing several times throughout South Park as a background, or filler, character. His first appearance was in "Tweek vs. Craig" as one of the students viewing the fight between Tweek and Craig and cheering them on.
Background
Louis also made an appearance in "Super Fun Time" as a member of the Boys' class on a field trip to the Pioneer Village. In "Chinpokomon", he received his first speaking role, and he later received his second speaking role twelve years later in "Funnybot", when he screams, "It's the Germans!" His religion is revealed to be Jewish in "Jewbilee".
Louis can be seen together in the Supernanny intro in "Tsst" with Lola and a girl with two flowers in her hair that has appeared in several episodes. It is unknown if they are all siblings or friends, as they have not been seen with each other since and all three were used as placeholder characters at that time period.
Criminal Record
- False imprisonment: In "Hooked on Monkey Fonics", Louis was one of many students who helped duct tape Mark Cotswolds to a cafeteria table.
- Indecent exposure: Louis was one of many boys who participated in Butters' Wieners Out movement in Season Twenty, which involves boys exposing their genitals at school.
Appearance
Louis wears black shoes, gray pants, a dark blue coat, and a red scarf with black stripes. He has brown hair and commonly seen with red gloves on that match his scarf. He is occasionally seen without his scarf in a few episodes.
