The Kindergartner with Cyan Hood is a boy in Kindergarten, he made his first appearance in the Season Four episode "Trapper Keeper" and has appeared in countless assemblies in the school since.

Background

In the episode "Trapper Keeper" he supports Ike during his class election against Filmore, until everyone eventually gets tired of the game and agrees to finger paint instead.
