Welcome to South Park Archives! South Park: Born in Chaos - a collaboration between South Park and Fortnite - has released and will be running till February 5.
Kelly Rutherford-Menskin
- For other uses, see Kelly (Disambiguation).
Kelly Rutherford-Menskin is a student at South Park Elementary. She made her first appearance in the Season Eight episode, "Quest for Ratings", and later appears prominently in "Stupid Spoiled Whore Video Playset" as one of the girls participating in the "Stupid Spoiled Whore" fad. She has since become a regular background character.
Appearance
She has brown hair, in a similar style to Emily's hair. She wears an orange jacket with dull yellow trim and turquoise pants. As a "Stupid Spoiled Whore", she wore a brown and black tank-top, black high-heels, a short, black skirt, a white, fur scarf, dark purple eye shadow, and black mascara. She was later recolored as Emily Marx.

Personality and Family
Due to her relatively short speaking roles, little is known about her personality. In "Stupid Spoiled Whore Video Playset", she sounded spoiled and snobby, but considering that was part of the "Stupid Spoiled Whore" fad that the girls quickly outgrew, it cannot be used as an accurate representation of her personality. However, it can be assumed that she is part of the fad to keep her social standing like the other girls. This could be reinforced by her appearance in The Stick of Truth, where she is only interested in befriending the New Kid once they prove popular to her.
A background character who has appeared since Season One[2] is seen with her in the forementioned episode, hinting that she is Kelly's mother.
Criminal Record
- Civil unrest/rioting: Kelly was one of many students seen rioting in the school hallways over the cancellation of Columbus Day in "Holiday Special".
- Sexual harassment: Kelly was one of many girls who attended Bebe's Stupid Spoiled Whore party in "Stupid Spoiled Whore Video Playset", making unwanted sexual advances towards the attending boys.
