Tammy Warner is a 5th grade girl introduced in "The Ring". She primarily serves as Kenny McCormick's love interest for the duration of her screen time.

Background

Tammy first appears in "The Ring". She has lunch with Kenny at a cafeteria table. Later when he invites her to TGI Fridays, she confesses that she had intercourse there after watching the Disney Channel and that she believes she was bad for doing so. She asks him for forgiveness, which he responds to by soothing her and putting an arm around her shoulder.

The next time Tammy is seen is at a Jonas Brothers concert after Kenny bought tickets for the two of them. During the event she dances in her seat and screams with joy at various points. When the show is over she tells Kenny that she is overwhelmed with adrenaline and holds his hand when he offers to take them to the location of her last sexual encounter.

Before they can make it out the door an employee invites Tammy and a few other audience members backstage to meet the Jonas Brothers privately. Once alone with the girls, the brothers present a set of purity rings to them and instructs them to take an oath of clean living- no having pre-marital sex, doing drugs, swearing, or interacting with people who do any of the former- and to encourage their loved ones to do the same. The fans do as they are told, hypnotized by the presence of their idols. Tammy convinces Kenny to make a purity pact with her off screen before he goes to school the next day.

Tammy is then seen with Kenny while upholding their new lifestyle. They continue to share meals and start spending even more time together. They also do various activities as a couple, mainly watching Grey's Anatomy in her living room. However they have also started avoiding touching each other for any reason whatsoever. They each have a hard time enjoying themselves and can't find happiness in anything they do. As time goes on they grow further and further apart both emotionally and physically.

During one of the Jonas Brothers' live events Tammy learns that Mickey Mouse, the head of Disney, has been using her idols to manipulate her and other fans into consuming more of the company's product. Upon learning this she reflects on everything she and Kenny have done since the concert and declares that the two of them should enjoy their youth while they still can and to save stuff like Grey's Anatomy for when they are older. They then throw off their rings and embrace. Tammy invites Kenny to TGI Fridays, which causes him to cheer and enthusiastically drag her out of her house.

The scene following this heavily implies that Kenny passed away from syphilis and that Tammy infected him, probably after catching the disease from Dave Darski and leaving it untreated.

Tammy technically appeared in one episode after "The Ring", though since she is heavily cropped, has no dialogue, and is not referred to by name it is difficult to tell whether that is intended to be her or if it is an instance of animators re-using a model to fill space.

Criminal Record

• Public indecency: In "The Ring", Tammy admitted to giving Dave Darski a "BJ" in the parking lot at TGI Fridays, and would later do the same with Kenny. TGI Fridays is considered a public place, making it an illegal location for these acts.

Personality

Tammy is bubbly, energetic, and highly expressive. Once she dedicates herself to something she goes all-in to the end. When she discovers that she has been manipulated she quickly reconsiders her actions and will drastically change her plans going forward. However she can be naive and really impulsive when making long term decisions, something that has been a source of pain for both herself and some of the people she loves. In addition to this she has a habit of not learning the right lessons from her mistakes.

Mannerisms

Tammy moves her hands constantly whenever she speaks. Some of the only exceptions to this are when she is experiencing an intense emotion of some kind. She also rubs her knuckles together when she is nervous.

Relationships

Kenny

Tammy and Kenny dated for at least four weeks. During this time they enjoyed eating meals together, frequently hung out during and after school, and were very physically affectionate. After making a pact of purity they made numerous sacrifices for each other and continued to spend all their time in each others' presence. While Kenny was unhappy with some of the decisions Tammy made, he never took his frustration out on her nor did he necessarily blame her for what she did. Tammy valued Kenny's happiness, and when ending the pact stated that doing so was for his benefit just as much as her own. She also showed a great deal of vulnerability around him while they were together.

It is unknown how the two of them became a couple. It also is not clear how and when they parted ways. Tammy was never mentioned being with Kenny after "The Ring", but it is speculated that she could be the person who broke up with him in "Skank Hunt".

Dave Darski

Little is known about Tammy's relationship with Dave Darski (sometimes spelled "Darsky") other than she performed oral sex on him in the TGI Fridays parking lot at some point before she started dating Kenny. However he is never seen interacting with her and the information about the event spread to every student in her grade level and to some outside of it, which may imply awkward feelings between the two.

Appearance

Tammy has long, dark brown hair with streaky, medium brown highlights. She wears a red crop top with deliberate holes in the sleeves and front, loops dangling from the sleeves, and fringe around the collar and hem. She also wears navy blue denim shorts, white tube socks with light blue stripes, black shoes with white souls, a yellow necklace with two holly berry shaped clusters, and a trio of bracelets on one wrist that are pink, magenta, and purple. There is mascara on her face and her eyebrows are meticulously groomed. Her entire design is a depiction of various fashion trends that were popular with girls her age when she made her debut.

• Tammy was added to the Season Fourteen opening sequence.
• She was supposed to appear in South Park: The Stick of Truth according to files, but was cut.
• In "The Ring" Cartman claims that the Warners are the most impoverished family at South Park Elementary. This contradicts information in other episodes which indicates that that title belongs to the McCormicks. This may be a continuity error since there is no explanation given in universe for this change.
• Also in "The Ring", Tammy is stated to be the first girlfriend Kenny's ever had. This conflicts with scenes in "Rainforest Shmainforest" and "Spontaneous Combustion" which suggests that Kelly was actually Kenny's first romantic partner.
• When asked if she would ever return on the South Park Studios FAQ, it was answered with, "Tammy was a one-time thing we never expected much attention from, but you never know. Maybe Kenny will Skype her sooner than you think. ;)".
• She is one of many residents of South Park who was at the September 2020 Buccaneers vs. Broncos NFL game.
• Mrs. White, Mrs. Rodriguez, an unnamed mother in "Help, My Teenager Hates Me!" and a background character in "Twisted Christian" have designs that seem to be inspired by Tammy's.
• Her model was reused and edited in "Butterballs" for a background girl.
• Tammy appears as a result in SP and ME.
• Her hair is available as a cosmetic in South Park: The Fractured But Whole. It is titled Fierce Streaks.
• Both her hair and top can be found in South Park Avatar Creator on the official South Park website.
• Tammy appeared in the South Park Bro Down of 2015. She squared up against Lisa Berger in round one and beat her with 39,307 votes. In round two she went against Kenny and was eliminated after earning only 2,292 votes.
