The South Park Medical Clinic appears in the Season Seven episode "Cancelled", and South Park: The End of Obesity.

Background

When the boys realize they are stuck in a "repeat" of "Cartman Gets an Anal Probe", they and Chef decide to visit the proctologist at the clinic to examine Cartman's anal probe. During examination, Cartman's anal probe suddenly bursts out, damaging part of the top floor in the process. The proctologist, thinking that the anal probe was a hemorrhoid, proceeds to apply hemorrhoid cream on the probe, which retracts into Cartman's anus in reaction.

In South Park: The End of Obesity, the Medical Clinic is visited by Cartman and Sharon Marsh for their weight management. Kyle and Butters also accompany Cartman to the Medical Clinic among several other medical centers, in an attempt to claim insurance to pay for Cartman's prescriptions. Later, Sharon is diagnosed with "diab-ear-tes" after consuming Lizzo, but gets prescribed with Ozempic which she is now eligible for.
