The Main Street Offices is an office block along the South Park Main Street. It is situated to the left of Tom's Rhinoplasty.

The Main Street office is a narrow building and is light brown in color. It consists of 2 floors, with a semi-circular window at the top floor.

"Crack Baby Athletic Association" - The office is used as the headquarters of the Crack Baby Athletic Association (CBAA) organization.

South Park: The Stick of Truth

The office can be accessed with a key found inside a drawer from Tom's Rhinoplasty.

South Park: The Fractured But Whole

The New Kid can obtain a selfie with Alexis Testaburger. In the office's top floor, a Yaoi picture can be obtained on the left wall.
