The Sperm Bank of South Park appears in the Season Six episode, "The Simpsons Already Did It".

Background

Cartman visits here to collect semen to turn his Sea People shrimps into a seaciety. He is successful in acquiring the semen and along with the semen he received from Ralph in an alley. After combining the large quantities of semen with his Sea People, the Sea People evolve at an accelerated pace to become a modern 'seaciety'.
