Background
Cartman, Butters and Tolkien visit Pi Pi's Splashtown in effort to locate Tolkien's missing father, whom they believe is the mastermind behind the drought occurring throughout Colorado with the help of ManBearPig. Upon arrival, they manage to locate a slide that leads to a cave, labelled as one of the water park's restricted area.
