Background
Randy is invited to a "drug" party organized by the women of South Park, under the impression that they mean recreational drugs. However at the party, Randy realizes that the women are consuming Ozempic, a weight-loss drug which the women were actually referring to. Having gained support from the women, Randy injects one himself, feeling the effects of the drug afterwhich.
