South Korea is a country in East Asia that was featured in "A Very Crappy Christmas" and "Pinewood Derby".
Background
In "A Very Crappy Christmas", an animation studio in South Korea was shown in operation, developing a short animation created by the boys.
In "Pinewood Derby", the South Korean Prime Minister Han Seung-soo was among the world leaders who wished luck on Randy Marsh, who was about to meet an alien species over Stan's Pinewood Derby car.
Towards the end of the episode, after Stan admitting to cheating in the Pinewood Derby, all other world leaders did not confess to any other events that occurred (e.g. hiding of space cash).
