John and Patricia Ramsey appeared in "Butters' Very Own Episode" in which they join Butters' parents in searching for Some Puerto Rican Guy, who allegedly kidnapped or killed their respective children.

John
John has brown, graying hair, as well as several facial wrinkles. He wears a blue blazer, gray slacks, a white shirt, and striped, green tie.
Patricia
Patricia had brown hair. She wore a white-trimmed, black coat, white undershirt, and black pants.
