Many of these accidents occurred while the seniors attempted to find Country Kitchen Buffet, which they kept missing due to their poor memory. After all seniors were forced to surrender their licenses for a string of tragic accidents they caused, the AARP invades South Park, and the seniors came to rely on the Country Kitchen Buffet located in town during the invasion.

During the invasion, Eric Cartman suggests to his friends that they shut down Country Kitchen Buffet in an attempt to render the seniors helpless through starvation. He justifies this plan because in Steamboat Springs, all of the seniors died after the Country Kitchen Buffet over there was shut down. The boys lock down the restaurant in town and the seniors panic when they find it has been closed, and became weak as a result of starvation. The seniors are all arrested and the town is saved.

Before they are allowed to eat, however, she requires them to help her unload the car. Cartman urges the other boys to do so, saying that it will go by faster that way. As Stan, Kyle, and Kenny go off to the car, Cartman eats the skin off of every piece of chicken and leaves only the chicken itself behind. The boys are left devastated, with Kenny crying while Cartman goes home, unconcerned about ruining dinner for the others. After Cartman has a hard night of crapping on the toilet, he is convinced that the chicken killed him when it actually broke the toilet.

The Cynics destroy themselves during the fight and the Cartman Burger patrons learn the disgusting truth about how the burgers are made, causing an end to the endeavor.

In "Doubling Down", Cartman gives his girlfriend Heidi a "Beyond KFC" bucket, when in reality it is just regular KFC.

Large amounts of fries from the restaurant, which is stated to actually be McDonald's, are seen in Eric Cartman's office in "Crack Baby Athletic Association", set next to a large hot tub full of KFC gravy. The restaurant was where the boys went to lunch to discuss their excitement about the previous nights Cock Magic tournament and in obtaining a rooster of their own, later named McNuggets in honor of the menu item at the restaurant.

While holding their picket signs, local news reporters mistakenly believe the protest is for occupying the Red Robin restaurant next to the government office. Reporters called it "Occupy Red Robin", a reference to the Occupy movements of 2011 held in cities all over the United States. By the end of the protest, the parking lot was full of litter and garbage left over by the police and SWAT tactical teams. The next protest destination was set for the Macaroni Grill.

In "Titties and Dragons", the restaurant within the South Park Mall is rented out for a "wedding" by the boys in order to have easy access to the mall, which is connected to the Red Robin and can be entered from the restaurant. Finding this unacceptable, and realizing this bolo tie was worthless, Stan was forced to leave with the bolo tie.
