This is a list of all of Herbert Garrison's alter egos and other costumes.
Main Alter Egos
Mr. Hat
- Main article: Mr. Hat
Mr. Hat is a puppet used by Mr. Garrison, representing his repressed emotions, including homosexual and racist tendencies. Garrison actively converses with Mr. Hat, routinely blaming the hand puppet for various predicaments.
Janet Garrison
Janet Garrison is Mr. Garrison after his sex change operation in "Mr. Garrison's Fancy New Vagina" and before its reversal in "Eek, A Penis!".
President Garrison
With his tenure as President of the United States in Season Twenty, Mr. Garrison changed his appearance to resemble Donald Trump. This was discontinued since "South ParQ Vaccination Special", following defeat in the next election and his return to South Park. This Alter Ego returned in "Spring Break".
Alter Egos From Season One
Marilyn Monroe
Marilyn Monroe is an alter ego that appears in "Pinkeye".
Mr. Garrison dresses up as Marilyn Monroe (from her appearance in the 1955 movie The Seven Year Itch) as his Halloween costume; consisting of a white dress, gold earrings and red shoes, as well as a mole on his left cheek.
Alter Egos From Season Two
Mr. Twig
Mr. Twig is an alter ego that appears as Mr. Garrison's hand puppet from "Summer Sucks" to "Chef Aid".
After losing Mr. Hat, Mr. Garrison replaces him with Mr. Twig. Mr. Hat then comes back and injures Mr. Twig on several occasions. Mr. Garrison is then arrested for doing this in "Chef Aid", but Mr. Hat sets him free and decides to get back together with him, which would continue until "The Death Camp of Tolerance".
Alter Egos From Season Six
Simpsons Garrison
Simpsons Garrison is an alter ego that appears in "The Simpsons Already Did It".
Butters hallucinates South Park turning into the town Springfield from The Simpsons. He also hallucinates the townsfolk becoming Simpsons characters, including Mr. Garrison, who starts to look like Waylon Smithers.
Alter Egos from Season Sixteen
Ryan Gosling
Ryan Gosling is an alter ego that appears in "A Nightmare on Face Time".
Mr. Garrison dresses up as Ryan Gosling (from his appearance in the 2011 movie Drive) as his Halloween costume; consisting of a beige jacket with black collars and cuffs over a white V-neck, blue trousers, brown shoes and gloves, carrying a watch on his left wrist. His hair is dyed blond at the crown.
