Grandma Tweak is Tweek Tweak's grandmother. She is the mother of either Tweek's mother or father and lives with the family sometimes; her bedroom is used as an office when she is not present.
Background
During Cartman's tour of the Tweak Residence to a group of city people, he opens the door to the bathroom, finding Tweek's grandmother who is using the toilet.
Appearance
Grandma Tweak has long, curled gray hair. She wears a pink sweater decorated with daisies and roses over a white blouse and gray sweatpants, along with a pair of brown-framed glasses.
