This is a list of some of the characters on South Park who are under the possibly deceased category, and whether or not I think they actually died, in a random order. Note that this is my opinion, so I'm not saying that they're really dead (or still alive). Also, I'm not yet finished with this list.

• Nathan Alive Survived tons of potentially fatal stuff, before being taken to the hospital. However, he could've possibly died there, but I think he survived, as he survived a ton of other stuff that was supposed to target Jimmy.
• Tammy Warner Dead Gave Kenny Syphillis, resulting in his death, hinting she hadn't been treated for it either, presuming she ended up the same way he did.
• Stephen Abootman Dead A Canadian that may or may not have been him (but I think was him) commited suicide by jumping in front of a train.
• Roy Dead Was last seen hanging from a rope trap Stan set up. He was left there, and most likely died.
• Lizzy Dead Her sled got blown off course, and crashed. Shortly after, a bear took off with her.
