The Holiday Season is a song by Andy Williams that was originally included as part of a medley called Happy Holiday/The Holiday Season. The song was performed by Mr. Mackey in the Season Twenty-Three finale "Christmas Snow".

Background

Mr. Mackey sings this song at the very beginning of the episode during a Christmas party right before Mayor McDaniels brings Santa Claus up on the stage to give a speech.

Lyrics

It's the holiday season
With the whoop-de-do and hickory dock
And don't forget to hang up your sock
Cause just exactly at twelve o' clock
He'll be coming down the chimney, down
Coming down the chimney, down
M'kaaaaay
