The Supreme Court of the United States is the highest federal court in the United States.
Background
In "Imaginationland, Episode III", the Chief Justice made a statement outside of the court, declaring that imaginary things are officially not real and therefore no approval is required to nuke Imaginationland. This allowed the military to commence "Operation Nuke the Imagination Through the Imagination Doorway".
Meanwhile, the court ruling also resulted in overturning the case of Kyle requiring to suck Cartman's balls from the first episode.
