"Seasons Change" is a song sung in the Season Eight episode, "Cartman's Incredible Gift".

Background

Following an accident from jumping off a roof, Eric Cartman goes into a coma in Hell's Pass Hospital. The song is played against the screenshot of the hospital, then shifting over to Cartman who was about to wake up. The song is later played again in the same manner, when Cartman's mom is giving him a glass of chocolate milk.
