Background

While Stan and Kyle are watching a Terrance and Phillip show, a commercial on crack babies comes on air. It features Sarah McLachlan, who urges the audience to go to their nearest hospital to volunteer to take care of crack babies, while pictures of the babies are shown. Kyle is overwhelmed by the sadness of the commercial and decides to volunteer.
