Jessica Jo Makinson, also credited Jessie Jo Thomas or Jessie Thomas, is an American actress, voice artist, and comedienne. She voices Charlotte, Heidi Turner (since "Marjorine") Henrietta Biggle (since "Coon vs. Coon & Friends") and most notably Strong Woman.

She has been involved with Trey Parker and Matt Stone since 2001, making a guest appearance on "That's My Bush!", and has made sporadic appearances on South Park since the sixth season, when she voiced Vanity.
