Jennifer Howell
Jennifer Howell is a Canadian voice actor who voices Bebe Stevens on South Park. She is the show's Supervising Producer, as well as the Executive Vice President of Matt Stone and Trey Parker's film company, Important Films.
Background
According to Parker in commentaries, she asked to do a voice and was given Bebe in "Weight Gain 4000". Although it was originally intended to be a small role, Bebe has made many appearances throughout the series.
She now works at 20th Century Fox Television's animation department as its Senior Vice President.
She is married to Bruce Howell, a producer and composer for South Park.
Her son Jesse voiced Ike Broflovski during the show's early seasons while in infancy. He has since grown up and no longer voices the character.
