Heather is an airport clerk who appears in South Park: Post Covid: The Return of Covid.

Background

A lockdown is implemented in South Park following a COVID-19 outbreak, leaving many passengers who are planning to travel to South Park stranded at an airport. Heather attends to an upset Ike Broflovski who is trying to return home to his family. Unable to understand Ike's accent, Heather calls up another staff to assist Ike, who asserts that they cannot provide any flights to South Park.
