The CPS Agents are agents for the Child Protective Services.
Background
In "Elementary School Musical", two agents appear at the Gueermo Residence in response to a call from an "anonymous person" regarding physical abuse towards Bridon Gueermo. Just as the agents are about to have a word with Bridon, Mr. Gueermo begins slapping the agents repeatedly, frightening them away.
In "Goth Kids 3: Dawn of the Posers", the female agent attends to the Goth Kids, who inform her that Henrietta was being "abused by her parents" and had been taken to an "emo kids" camp. The agent, however, could not tell the difference between emos and goths.
