Enter the Broflovski Residence to find the Human Kite in front of the stairwell. After the Human Kite explains of an alternate self, head upstairs to Kyle's room where the alternate Human Kite resides in.

The Human Kite 2 from an Alternate Universe is an annoying cheater who will inject new rules during the fight (e.g. Taking an extra turn, restoring full health). Do your best and you will come out ahead with little to no issue. After a few turns, the Alternate Human Kite will attempt a special attack, only to fall off from Kyle's bed and knocking him out, resulting in the New Kid effectively "defeating" Alternate Human Kite.
Human Kite will become a Combat Buddy and ally. Take a selfie with him before you leave, and loot the rest of the house upstairs and use the toilet.
Note: You will find some Creek Yaoi art in Ike's room that will start the side quest Scavenger Hunt: The Yaoi Project.
Once the mission is complete, head over to Craig's house if you have not completed "The Chains of Super Craig". Otherwise, report back to the Coon Lair to start Birth of a Coon Friend.
