Vancouver is a major city situated in the province of British Columbia in Canada.
Background
In the O Canada quest, the New Kid is tasked to complete favors for the Prince of Canada so that he can free the Minister of Montreal in the Catacombs of Quebec and get the abortion records from the Unplanned Parenthood Clinic translated. Despite this, the Prince still refuses to help the New Kid in return. The Princess then instructs the New Kid to see the Duke of Vancouver for assistance.
The Duke of Vancouver directs the New Kid to "the monks who lives to the southeast of town" (turning out to be Terrance and Phillip), where the New Kid learns a new magic spell known as "Nagasaki".
Appearance
Vancouver has a similar appearance to all other Canadian cities in the game.
