Stanley G. Sawicki or Stan Sawicki is a voice actor.
Background
Stan Sawicki is a long time friend of Trey Parker and Matt Stone. He starred in their 1997 film Orgazmo and their 1998 film BASEketball. Also with this, he also voice acted Chris (Dad) in South Park: The Stick of Truth and South Park: The Fractured But Whole.
In the series, he voice acted Larry ("Prehistoric Ice Man") and Peter Nelson ("The Cissy"). He was also credited as additional voices for "About Last Night..." and South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut.
