Season Fourteen was announced on August 27, 2007[1], and premiered on March 17, 2010. Matthew Klinner, the winner of the South Park Citizen contest from Season Thirteen, was animated into the opening sequence for "Sexual Healing". This season includes one two-parter ("200" and "201") and one trilogy ("Coon 2: Hindsight", "Mysterion Rises" and "Coon vs. Coon & Friends").
Promotional videos for Season Fourteen, shows Cartman once again in ginger makeup, screaming at a video camera about ginger rights and that they do so have souls, before making assorted insane noises at the camera. This is a parody of a popular YouTube video. Season Fourteen has five instances of Kenny dying; it had the most deaths since Season Five.
This season featured the 200th episode. This episode was extremely controversial as it focused around the prophet Muhammad. "200" and "201" were eventually censored and are no longer available for streaming on South Park Studios. It also revealed that Cartman's true father is Jack Tenorman, father of Scott Tenorman.
