The Ruffian's Bartender is a bartender who appears in the Season Nineteen episode "Tweek x Craig".
Background
After Eric Cartman rejects Cupid Cartman, he ends up following Cupid Cartman to a gay bar, where he tries to make things better with Cupid Cartman. After a patrons look on at Cartman in confusion, a bartender walks over who asks what Cartman is doing there. Cartman tries to explain that he's at the bar for Cupid Cartman, which the bartender is unable to see.

The Ruffian's bartender has black hair with a white shirt and red bow. He wears a gray bottom with black pants and black shoes.
