Rowan Smyth is an American actor that portrayed Butters Stotch in the Season Eighteen episode "Grounded Vindaloop".
Background
Towards the end of "Grounded Vindaloop", Stephen realizes that Butters is not grounded anymore and decides to unground him. The real-life Butters later appears in front of real-life Stan (who had just completed the Oculus Rift simulation) and the other boys, announcing with excitement that he is not grounded anymore.
Appearance
During the reenactment as Butters, he has a neatly combed blond hair. He wears a turquoise jacket and blue jeans.
