The Pinkeye Zombies are the main antagonist in the Season One episode, "Pinkeye".
Background
After Kenny is killed by a fallen MIR Space Station, he is embalmed with Worcestershire sauce on accident which causes him to become a zombie. Kenny would later bite many other people, causing them to turn into zombies. However, everyone else (except Chef) believe that it is just a pinkeye endemic. The boys end up saving everyone, with Kyle killing patient zero (Kenny) with a chainsaw.
