Officer Stevens wears the standard police uniform. He appears with brown hair with thick sideburns.

• "The China Probrem" - Appears as part of a standoff at P.F. Chang's.
• "Pee" - Fed a monkey a banana during an experiment for a "vaccine" against urine exposure. Later in the experiment, as Randy Marsh was being peed on, the fire marshal ordered Stevens to prepare his gun. He is first identified by name here.
• "The Poor Kid" - Arrested Eric Cartman for filing a false police report.
• "Cock Magic" - Raids Panda Express where Cock Magic matches are being held.
• "HappyHolograms" - Tried to tell a joke of him jacking off to Lorde to the other police officers, which fails to make anyone laugh.

Trivia

• In three of his appearances, he interacts with Randy Marsh specifically, being ordered to shoot him, admitting to having jacked off to Lorde not aware it is Randy, and later telling him he is a good husband.
• Despite the similar last name, he is not known to be related to Bebe Stevens or her family.
