Mrs. Nelson is the wife of Tom Nelson (also known as the "Bat Dad") who appears in the Season Nine episode "The Losing Edge".
Background
Mrs. Nelson is seen attending Colorado Little League State Championship baseball match between Denver and South Park. At the start of the game, Bat Dad stands up cheering for the Denver team, with his wife requesting him to sit down. Despite Bat Dad's name being reported as "Tom" earlier, Mrs. Nelson addresses him as "Chris" instead.
