Mr. Biggles

Mr. Biggles is Butters Stotch wearing a bear suit seen in the Season Eight episode, "Stupid Spoiled Whore Video Playset".
Background
Paris Hilton finds Butters playing outside alone and begs for him to be her pet replacing her deceased dog, Tinkerbell. Her driver tells her that she couldn't take Butters with her since he's a child, but angrily yells at him until he allows her. Butters tried to ignore the offer to go to her limousine only to remember that his father he shouldn't go to a stranger's car unless it's a limousine, and goes with Paris to make him a bear costume.
He returns to his house, with his costume, and tells his parents why he is dressed like a bear. Paris finds him and his parents are shocked that she's Butters' girlfriend and Linda grounds him for this. Stephen thinks that he'll allow her to be Butters' girlfriend since she's worth a lot of money, they then greet her nicely for some hot chocolate. As they talked, Paris asked if she could let Butters stay with her forever for $200 million, Stephen and Linda fully think of it through and accepted the offer, instead, just $250 million. Butters tries to convince his parents not to sell him away, Stephen then tells him he can stay if he can make the 250 million dollars by him digging for coal. He doesn't make it and drove off with Paris, he then looks through Paris' scrapbook of all of her deceased pets and runs away to Bebe's house.
He wears his bear costume again as one of Butters' outfits for his "What, What In the Butt" music video in "Canada on Strike".

Paris Hilton was Butters' girlfriend once her deal was done with his parents. She treats him as if he was her pet, as she is clingy to him.
