Mooey is the name of the South Park Elementary school mascot who first appears in the Season Eight episode "Douche and Turd".

Background

Appearing in the gymnasium in "Douche and Turd" during a dance routine, the mascot dances in the middle of the cheerleaders, before PETA barges in and detains the mascot, pulling the mask off of it. He later appears in the background of the episode "Butterballs", when Stan Marsh and the rest of the school is performing the "Make Bullying Kill Itself" music video.

The costume for Mooey is a female cow costume with black gloves and black and white shoes. The person underneath the costume is shown to have blond hair.
