Latino Boy with Green Shirt
The Latino Boy with Green Shirt is a student in South Park Elementary who first appeared in the Season Eight episode, "Quest for Ratings". He is a background character, usually seen in hallways, the cafeteria, or the schoolyard. Like many kids used to fill these locations, it is unknown if he will get a speaking role.
In later seasons on the schoolyard, he can frequently be seen talking to Adam Borque and an unnamed boy with an orange hat.
Appearance
This boy has messy black hair, and some of it sticks out like a cowlick. He wears a green coat with yellow and white stripes on the side of his stomach. He also wears black pants. His eyebrows are thicker than most of the kids'.
