Independence Hall
The Independence Hall, formerly known as the Philadelphia State House, is a historical place in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution were adopted. It appeared in Season Seven episode "I'm a Little Bit Country" and Season Fourteen episode "Sexual Healing".
Background
In "I'm a Little Bit Country", after having induced a flashback by electrocution to 1776, Eric Cartman delivers the Declaration of Independence to the state house. Following the reading of the Declaration, an argument eventually broke out within the Congress about whether or not to go to war against the United Kingdom, before being mediated by Benjamin Franklin.
In "Sexual Healing", following an experiment on sexual addiction, a group of scientists presented their findings to Barack Obama, who claims that the source of the addiction is coming from an alien situated in the Independence Hall.
Kyle, Butters and the patients of the Karne Institute for Sex Addiction were brought into the Independence Hall to deal with the alien. With the alien shot and killed (which turned out to be a soldier dressed up as a wizard alien), the sexual addiction seems to disappear, "curing" all patients of the disease.
