Good Morning South Park is a morning news program broadcasted by News 4. It was featured in South Park: The Fractured But Whole, with Bill Keegan as the anchorman, and the Midget Wearing a Bikini as the reporter.

The news program is broadcasted to players at the end of The Bowels of the Beast and The Hundred Hands of Chaos missions, each reporting on a "farting vigilante" raiding Buca De Faggoncini and the U-STOR-IT facility respectively, in an attempt to put a stop to a crime syndicate.
Both reports would include at least three interviewees; a victim who has been injured fighting the vigilante (namely the VIP Johns and a Meth Tweaker), one witness expressing support for the vigilante, and another disapproving of their actions, while questioning their next moves and comparing it to Marvel superheroes turning into villains.
At the end of the reports, the scene cuts to Harrison Yates, who is revealed to be involved in the crime syndicate led by Mitch Conner, with the objective of lacing cat urine into drugs and alcohol.
