Background
In South Park: Post Covid, Kyle and Stan, who had not seen each other for decades, meet up at Denny's Applebee's Max. As Kyle tries to explain how Kenny died, he is interrupted by the waiter who is making his rounds. The waiter begin explaining how their menus have changed, emphasizing that "it's the future" while concluding that people have "learned to all just get along and love each other," giving both Kyle and Stan a death stare before leaving.
In South Park: Post Covid: The Return of Covid, the waiter attends to Randy Marsh, who is looking for a place to store a weed sprout that he had retrieved from the destroyed Tegridy Farms. Later, the waiter, along with the rest of the restaurant staff, attends a presentation on non-fungible tokens from Victor Chaos.
