Eric Cartman is an alternative version of Eric Cartman from Universe 216-B. She appears in South Park: Joining the Panderverse, with her having her replaced with Eric, and tries to convince his friends to return her to her universe.

Background

Cartman goes into a dream where the people around him, including himself, have been replaced with diverse adult women. He tries to share his visions to the other boys, blaming Disney and Kathleen Kennedy for being responsible. In Universe 216-B, the alternate Cartman which he had earlier dreamed of likewise claims that she has dreams of her becoming a "fat little white boy." Both Cartmans are then unexpectedly drawn into a portal, swapping places in their own universe.

Alternate Cartman tries to explain her situation to the boys, but to no avail. The boys instead believe she is a different person, brushing off the existence of the multiverse. In response, she turns to PC Principal, who then reprimands the boys for being racist towards "Cartman", not accepting her for what she currently identifies as.

Alternate Cartman draws up a plan that could help her "make everything right" with the boys, by building a powerful computer system bought using Kyle's mom's credit card details. The boys, under the impression that it would help her return to her universe, carry out the plan at Kyle's room, only to discover afterwards that her intention was to play Baldur's Gate 3.

Just then, Randy Marsh appears with some Disney executives, explaining that they need Cartman to help fix the panderverse. They take her to Tegridy Farms where the panderstone would be set up, opening a portal in Randy's broken oven and allowing her to return to her universe. The portal opens directly above the Bus Stop, where she falls onto alternate Kenny, killing the latter.

Appearance

Alternate Cartman is portrayed as an African-American female fourth grader, sporting long black hair tied with a blue and yellow bandana. She wears a red buttoned shirt with its sleeves rolled up and collar folded downwards, brown pants, black high heels, gold earrings, gold wrist bands and red lipstick.
