The South Park Compounding Pharmacy is a business and compounding pharmacy formed by The Boys in South Park: The End of Obesity to produce obesity drugs for Eric Cartman, so he can lose weight despite his health insurance refusing to pay for any weight-loss drugs like Ozempic.

Background

After having navigated the American Health Care System with no luck, Kyle states that they do not need insurance and can just watch tutorials online to produce their own, cheap obesity drugs using raw, cheap ingredients from India. When testing their first dosage on Cartman, he makes himself a "Cereal Bomb", which, to his surprise, he is unable to finish eating. Motivated by this first success, the boys proceed to produce a promotional video, in which they advertise selling semaglutides for cheap prices to anyone. Their statement however draws the attention of both the Sugar Cartel, a group of various cereal mascots such as Captain Crunch or Tony the Tiger, as well as the attention of Randy and various moms in South Park, who have recently struggled to get themselves weight-loss drugs for their slim bellies.

While the mothers enter the compounding pharmacy and rob the boys' semaglutides just as Cartman is about to get his second dose, the cereal mascots wreak havoc in the semaglutide factory the boys ordered their materials from, causing delays in production and leaving Cartman in despair. To solve the issue, Kyle orders semaglutides from a supplier in North Carolina. The delivery truck however is chased after by the moms and later also the sugar cartel, resulting in a heated chase and battle between the three parties. The boys turn out victorious, but in the end do not find any semaglutides inside the truck because the pharmaceutical company partnered with the health insurance.

Appearance

The boys are all wearing white lab coats as well as protective goggles, with their regular clothing underneath.
