Ozempic
Ozempic is a semaglutide medication most commonly used by type 2 diabetics, but is also used for the purpose of weight-loss. It is featured in South Park: The End of Obesity.

Dr. Gauche brings up Ozempic as a possible solution for Cartman's obesity, which causes Cartman to imagine himself as a normal kid who can freely insult anyone without getting ripped on by them because of his weight. His hype is quickly crushed however when the doctor mentions the high costs of the drug and that his insurance will not cover it. Due to Cartman not being able to afford the medication, he prescribes him Lizzo instead, much to Eric's dismay. Butters and Kyle then attempt to navigate the American health care system in order to get Cartman's insurance to cover the costs for Ozempic, but to no avail, resulting in Kyle forming a compounding pharmacy to provide Cartman with self-made obesity drugs instead.
Ozempic meanwhile is used alongside other obesity drugs by several women in South Park, including Linda Stotch and Laura Tucker, to keep an hourglass figure they can show off by wearing crop tops. Randy also injects himself with a dose at one of the women's parties, making him feel "high". The next day he mentions it to Towelie, being ecstatic about feeling no repercussions whatsoever. His opinion on the drugs progressively worsens over time however, and he criticizes how he feels satisfied instead of experiencing a sense of craving like with regular drugs. He later stops his wife Sharon from using Ozempic she got prescribed by the doctor after Lizzo caused her to get "Diabeartes", reasoning with how he likes Sharon the way she is.
