Megan is one of the girls who join Butters' kissing company in the Season Thirteen episode, "Butters' Bottom Bitch".
Background
Megan and the other girls are hired by Butters for his kissing company after his deal with Sally Darson. Her second, and so far last, appearance is in "The F Word", where she is briefly seen with her mother during the Harley Drivers attack on town.
Appearance
Megan has short, curly, combed blonde hair with bangs, and wears a pink headband with a bow, a pink and purple shirt with a butterfly, and a magenta skirt with black shoes. She looks younger than the fourth graders judging by her height.
