Background

Lizzo is first mentioned during Cartman's appointment with Dr. Gauche. He introduces it as alternative to Ozempic due to the insurance not covering the costs for the latter. Cartman however is not satisfied with this suggestion and rejects it.

Later an advertisement starring Sharon Marsh is shown, where Lizzo is promoted with slogans like "Eat what you want" or "Physical activity to a minimum". Contrary though a bunch of sideeffects are also mentioned, ranging from constipation to shitting out of the ears. Soon after Sharon is diagnosed with Diabeartes as a result of her Lizzo consumption, making her eligible for Ozempic.

During the chase between the Sugar Cartel, the moms and the boys, Cartman climbs out onto the truck's cowl, attempting to grab a dose of Ozempic. He is stopped by Captain Crunch however, who takes the Ozempic and instead gives Cartman a pack of Lizzo.
