The Animal Liberation Front is a group of eco-terrorists who appear in "Free Willzyx".
Bill Owens

Bill Owens is the former Governor of Colorado who appears in "Follow That Egg!".
Chinese Mafia

The Chinese Mafia are a group of gangsters that appeared in "Wing".
Clark

Clark is a 5th grader who appears in "Erection Day".
Doctor Lindsay

Doctor Lindsay briefly appeared in "The Death of Eric Cartman". She is the psychic Cartman and Butters went to get help for Cartman, who believed he was actually a ghost. Believing that Cartman was a ghost, Doctor Lindsay shrieked in fear and ran off.
Dr. Biber

Dr. Biber is a plastic surgeon who appeared in "Mr. Garrison's Fancy New Vagina".
Dr. Pal

Dr. Pal is a doctor that came to talk to Jimmy Valmer about his erections in "Erection Day".
Emily Marx

Emily first appeared in "Marjorine". In "Bass to Mouth" it was revealed that her mother was in rehab. She appears to be best friends with Tammy Nelson. So far, "Bass to Mouth" is the only episode she played a role in.
Hippies

Hordes of hippies came to South Park for a music festival in "Die Hippie, Die".
Isla

Isla first appeared in the "Marjorine". She can also be seen watching the Jonas Brothers perform live in "The Ring" and later be seen sitting with the popular girls' clique in "Insheeption".
Jakartha

Jakartha is a feared assassin who appears in "Follow That Egg!". He was hired by Mrs. Garrison to kill Stan Marsh's and Kyle Broflovski's egg so that Mrs. Garrison can prove that gay couples cannot raise children, and therefore cannot be married.
Jambu

Jambu is a killer whale that the boys try to send to the moon in "Free Willzyx".
John Travolta

John Travolta is an American actor who appears in "Trapped in the Closet".
Karate Instructor

The Karate Instructor teaches the boys karate at Ichi Ban Karate Dojo in "Bloody Mary".
Laura

Sylvester Stallone

Sylvester Stallone appeared in "Wing" as the host of the reality show, "The Contender". After hearing Wing's singing in the show, he asks the boys, with the help of a translator, to have Wing sing at his son's wedding.
Tammy Nelson

Tammy Nelson made her first appearance in "Marjorine". In "Bass to Mouth", it was revealed her mother was an alcoholic. She is shown to be best friends with Emily.
Tom Cruise

Tom "Bat Dad" Nelson
