The Insurance Claims Agent is an employee at the insurance company who appears in South Park: The End of Obesity.

Background

When Kyle enters the modern insurance building and states that he wants to receive payment from the company for Cartman's weight-loss drugs, the boys are instead led into a dark, dimmly lit room filled with big amounts of paperwork. There they meet the Insurance Claims Agent, who is sitting next to various older devices such as a fax machine. Kyle then tells him his request, which the agent declines after a very short and silent phone call with the medical director. When Kyle does not accept the denial however and begins to complain, the agent states that they will have to "navigate the American health care system" in order to get the payment for the medication.

The agent later reappears sitting inside the semaglutide truck. He explains that, since the pharmaceutical company the drugs were ordered from is insuranced with them, they need to, again, navigate the American health care system in order to get the semaglutides.

Appearance

The Insurance Claims Agent is an older man wearing grey pants, a white shirt and a black tie. On one side of his shirt there is a side pocket holding a pencil and a blue pen. He has balding grey hair, with only single strands being left on top of his head.

Personality

He is remarkably slow in what he is doing and seemingly does not care about the cases he is working on, only forwarding the medical director's rejection without even explaining the case. He also wants to avoid conflicts and arguments, as he tells Kyle to navigate the American health care system and effectively sends him away when he gets furious about the denial.
