The song is rewritten into a parody of 有隻雀仔跌落水 (jau5 zek3 zoek3 zai2 dit3 lok6 seoi2, lit. "There's a bird that fell into the water"), sung to the tune of "London Bridge Is Falling Down". In the rewritten lyrics, the subject of 雀仔 (zoek3 zai2, "bird") carries a double meaning for "penis".
