Harequin Romance Book Publishing

The Harequin Romance Book Publishing Co. is a publishing house that appears in Season Four episode "Cherokee Hair Tampons".

Background

After being fired from South Park Elementary, Mr. Garrison attempts at a new career of being a novelist. He writes The Valley of Penises and tries to get the book published through Harequin Romance Book Publishing Co. Although the publisher was reluctant to publish the book (citing the book having the word "penis" for 6,083 times), Mr. Garrison manages to convince the publisher that the target audience is women, and it was only natural that they would be interested in descriptions of penises in his novel.

Trivia

The publishing house is a reference to the real life publishing company Harlequin Enterprises.
